Allay keeps your data on your device by default. The core app has no account and no sign-in, and we use no analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers. The only feature that sends anything off your device is the optional Community — and only if you choose to use it.
This information is saved locally on your device only. It is never sent to us. Deleting the app removes it.
The community is entirely optional. If you never use it, nothing leaves your device. If you do use it:
We do not sell community data or use it for advertising.
If you turn it on, Allay can log your calm time — breathing and wind-downs — to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. Allay only writes this; it never reads your health data. This stays off unless you enable it.
Allay+ is a one-time purchase, processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. The app stores only whether Allay+ is active, on your device.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or third-party trackers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Allay is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) and does not knowingly collect their data.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above and post the new version.
